Exploring the mind, self-control, and self-regulation with Keanna Wong.  In this talk, we explore these factors, as they relate to people's relationships with food and their own predisposed perceptions. We take it a step further and look into how fundamentally people battle to master self-regulation, delayed gratification, and self-acceptance. Going in-depth we discuss social norms and expectations and how they create barriers in allowing people to create their own defined life. Being able to create your own blueprint for your life is typically the hardest because of all that we have to first understand and master according to society. In this episode, find out how to identify your underlying needs, how to better support yourself, not give a fu%& about social norms and being to create your own blueprint. Share your thoughts, your perspective, and how you have begun to create your own blueprint.
